Do you ship to addresses outside of the United States?
Urban Diva currently ships to addresses only in the United States and Canada.
What Shipping Options do you provide?
We use USPS to ship all orders. Please refer to the below table for shipping fees.

How can I adjust or change the shipping information after I have placed my order?
Please email us immediately at sales@urban-diva.com and let us know you need to make a change. Don’t forget to include the invoice number, the correct shipping information, and your contact info in your email for us to make the correct changes to ensure that you receive your order.
RETURN POLICY
Urban Diva cares about its customers, so if you receive a product that is damaged or defective or are just not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns for either a full refund or replacement of item of same or equal value. Unfortunately, any shipping fees paid when the order was placed, are not refundable. Items may be returned up to 15 days after receipt.
Returned items must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and include any labels and tags that it arrived with. Please note that the return shipping costs will be responsibility of the customer.
